ALL MORTGAGE LICENSEES
The Office of Financial
Institutions ceased issuing paper licenses to residential mortgage
licensees
in August 2008. Therefore, licensees will not be receiving a paper license for
2009.
Please refer above under
“Licensees (w/exam dates)”
to find
an alphabetical list of all currently licensed mortgage
companies and originators.
Residential Mortgage
Lending Reinstatement Period has Ended!
The reinstatement period for
mortgage companies and mortgage originators that transitioned onto
the NMLS but did not request license renewal for 2009 ended February 28, 2009.
Anyone desiring to engage in residential mortgage
lending activity that does not have a current license must re-apply and
all necessary fees paid through the NMLS system.
